PREAMBLE

We, the engineering, information technology,   and computer scientist professionals connected with Palestinians by birth, education, or ancestry, and residing in the United States of America have felt the need to organize an association for the pursuit of the enhancement of our technical, professional, and educational activities. Therefore, we, hereby establish an organization called Palestinian American Society of Engineers (PASE) and adopt the attached Constitution and Bylaws originally adopted on February 24, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois with subsequent amendments as noted on the title page.
