Dr. Raed Khalil, Live in Pennsylvania. Have 2 children, a daughter and a son. Both are graduates of Pennsylvania State University (PSU). My daughter holds a B.S. & M.S. in Forensic Science, and My son holds a B.S. in Information Technology Engineering. 

Currently, I Consult with Saudi Aramco for Pipelines (Oil & Gas). Started my career as Technical Manager for IBM. Have had positions with many Defense contractors during my career. 

I hold two bachelor’s degrees, B.S. Electrical Engineering & B.S. Computer Engineering. Two Master’s degrees, MBA & M.S. Computer Information Systems Management. PhD in Engineering & Applied Sciences. Publishing and emphasis on Global Positioning Systems which initially was used for NASA & the Aviation, consequently becoming the normal GPS used by all via their handheld devices. 

I was a member of the original initiators of PASE from inception. 

I am very much into sports, as I am an avid runner and basically all sports practitioner. I consider myself a Geek & a Jock.
